My name is Adam Palermo and I went to Paul Smiths College with Wray,as well as our externship in France. We worked together on the Red Rock Ranch just outside of Kelly, WY. Wray is an amazing chef and great guy, you all are very lucky to have such a qualified chef. Wray I’m in Durango, so come summer time I’m coming to see you man. The website and ranch look beautiful, can’t wait to see it!!!
